PERSONAL TRAINING and PAIR TRAINING

 

Fitwings operates at a Rochedale South Personal Studio:

Weight Training, Cardio, Boxing, Cross-Fit Principles and Aqua Training (Summer Season)*

Includes: Regular girth, body fat, blood pressure measurements and includes nutrition advice. 

BOOTCAMPS and CORPORATE FITNESS

Fitwings caters for group exercise whether it is Corporate team building and wellness events or bootcamps/group fitness.

AQUA TRAINING and HYDROTHERAPY

I am a qualified Aqua Instructor both "deep" or "standing" depending on your needs.

The great thing about aqua is that it is low impact to the joints and bones and can be a terrific tool to keep you fit if you are injured (eg. knees, hips, stress fractures  etc).  The intensity however, can be vary depending of the participant.  

 

Aqua is for older adults, pregnant ladies, long term disorders like fibromyalgia and fit people who want something between hard sessions or helping to keep their fitness whilst recovering from an injury. 

REHABILIATION, SPECIFIC POPULATION & OLDER PERSON TRAINING (Groups Sessions Available) 

 

Fitwings is committed to the fitness of a range of populations.

Sessions can be personal training, pair training and there are small group sessions for older persons which are affordable option.  The sessions tailor to increase bone density, hip and core excerises, increase functionality for everyday life and are fun.  Details are on the link.  

CONTRACTING SERVICES - Speaking and Exercises Classes

 

Angela has won both the "Toastmasters District 69 Communication and Leadership Award 2005" and the "'Paul Harris Fellow" from Rotary and currently guest lectures at UQ about "Living with Aphasia". She has spoken interstate and internationally regarding her story and overcoming adversity.

Angela also am a freestyle bike, aqua, "Thump"/boxing, and aerobic instructor.
